Paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online to make sure you feel confident Clinical support whenever you need it around the clock Our nurses deliver exceptional care across the continuum. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories Deliver 1 : 1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and / or their family, and monitor the condition of patients.
