Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience in the Eastern or Central time zone to support the ongoing development and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on enhancing Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Live Agent / Chat functionality. The ideal candidate will deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve both agent efficiency and customer experience. This position collaborates closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, Mobile, UI, Agentforce, and other cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL / SOSL.
- Lead development efforts across Service Cloud, including :
Case Management automation and workflow enhancements

The base salary range for this position is$110,000 - $125,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here : Teladoc Health Benefits 2026 .Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
