Position Summary
Conducts facility maintenance duties and customer interface. Assists with equipment service and general housekeeping tasks to ensure buildings and property are in a clean and orderly condition.
What You Will Do
- Performs routine custodial duties to include sweeping and mopping floors, either by hand or using a powered scrubber.
- Maintains building free from indoor pests.
- Empties trash receptacles disposes trash into compactors and / or dumpsters.
- Maintains outer premises by cleaning entrances and outside areas.
- Dusting and disinfecting all surfaces.
- Washing windows.
- Identify and perform minor repairs.
- Painting, as needed.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff.
- Maintains work area in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
- Accompanies third party vendors as needed while on site.
- Perform other duties as requested by the department lead / supervisor and or manager.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required

The starting pay rate for this position is $20 / hr
