Job Summary :
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Automation Engineer with DeltaV experience to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DeltaV automation systems to optimize production efficiency, reliability, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation engineering within GMP-regulated environments, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing operations.
Job Duties :
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of DeltaV automation systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership for automation projects, including system upgrades, expansions, and optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Work closely with manufacturing, quality, IT, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
- Ensure all automation systems comply with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and develop automation documentation, including user requirements, functional specifications, and validation protocols.
- Train and mentor engineers and operations personnel on best practices for DeltaV system utilization and maintenance.
