Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Procurement Agent to join the Materials Organization located in Everett, Auburn or Kent WA on 1st Shift

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.

• Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.

• Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.

• Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.

• Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

• Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.

• Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 + years of related work experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field

• 3 + years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance

• 3 + years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

• 3 + years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices & processes

• Domestic and international travel as needed (5-10% of time)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

• 5 + years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations

• 5 + years of experience with contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department

• 5 + years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• 5 + years of experience developing and executing supply chain strategies

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3 - $94,000- $128,000

Level 4 - $118,000 - $160,000
