About the Team

Zoom Meetings, our flagship product, connects millions daily and leads the market in hybrid communication across work, life, and learning. As part of our design team, you'll collaborate with passionate, cross-functional teams to shape thoughtful, inclusive, and polished experiences—from join flows to AI-generated summaries. Responsibilities

Leading high-impact projects defining the future of Zoom Meetings, including join flow, in-meeting UI, audio / video settings, and AI-driven features. Own design strategy and execution end-to-end, focusing on refined, production-ready visuals.

Setting a high standard for visual and interaction design quality across the Meetings experience, with a focus on polished UI, layout, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions.

Partnering with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, research, and accessibility) to align on product direction, deliver impactful work, and champion design excellence.

Contributing to driving high-quality design within the Meetings team, collaborating with leadership to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the broader Zoom Meetings vision.

Using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement

Owning design execution in Figma, delivering pixel-perfect visuals, robust prototypes, and clear specifications for engineering teams.

What we’re looking for

Have extensive (8 yrs+) of product design experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and interaction design.

Hold a Bachelors or equivalent experience required.

Motion design experience is a great additional skill.

Have experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional and cross-team stakeholders across different timezones.

Be an expert in visual design, with a passion for polish and a keen eye for detail in spacing, layout, motion, and visual flow.

Be proficient in Figma (and other tools) for design and prototyping, with a solid systems-thinking approach.

Have excellent communication skills, able to influence and inspire partners with new design thinking and articulate design decisions effectively.

Have experience designing across multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile, and other devices), with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings :

Minimum :

146 700,00

Maximum : 339 300,00

In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
