Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead forecasting budgeting and long range planning across income statement balance sheet and cash flow.
Build and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives operational decisions and scenario analysis.
Partner with department leaders to gather inputs align assumptions and translate data into actionable insights.
Prepare executive level reports and visuals that explain performance trends drivers and financial implications.
Improve reporting processes and data integrity by streamlining workflows and recommending best practices.
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related field.
6+ years of experience in financial analysis modeling or business operations.
Demonstrate advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
Communicate complex financial information clearly to non technical audiences.
Maintain an acceptable driving record with a valid driver license as required.
Qualifications:
Develop dashboards and data visualizations with experience in modern reporting tools considered beneficial.
Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers behind business performance and results.
Apply strong business acumen to connect financial outcomes with strategy and profitability.
Use analytical reasoning and problem solving to evaluate options and recommend solutions.
