Shape the Future of Finance: Financial Analyst Rotational Development Program

Are you a high-achieving graduate ready to gain 360-degree exposure to the financial engines of a global technology leader? Join our unique three-year Rotational Development Program in Westminster, where you will master everything from corporate accounting to advanced FP&A, building a high-impact career while helping Trimble transform the way the world works.

About Us: Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation.

What Makes This Role Great: This is a premier career accelerator designed to build well-rounded, future-focused finance leaders. You won't just learn one department; you will complete three year-long rotations across Business Unit Finance, Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, or FP&A, giving you significant company exposure and the opportunity to apply advanced analytics and AI to real-world financial challenges.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Master Financial Operations: Manage general ledger activities, prepare consolidated financial statements, and lead month-end close processes for high-growth business units.

  • Innovate with Analytics: Act as a champion for innovation by utilizing predictive analytics and AI/ML concepts to automate financial processes, detect anomalies, and generate actionable visualizations.

  • Support Business Growth: Partner with leadership to monitor acquisitions, assess financial impacts on performance, and strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance across the organization.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Economics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex financial modeling.

  • Minimum of one related internship or up to three years of relevant professional experience.

  • Familiarity with data management tools like Tableau, Domo, or Power BI.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with enterprise-grade software like Oracle Financials, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.

  • Proficiency in SQL and the ability to apply AI/ML to financial forecasting and variance analysis.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience through university involvement or project management.

Logistics

  • Location: Westminster, CO – In-Office

  • Travel Requirement: 0-10%

Why You'll Love Working With Us At Trimble, we're not just a company that "does good"—we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact.

  • You'll work on projects that truly matter: Our purpose-driven culture means you'll be helping to build and deliver solutions that make work faster, safer, and more sustainable for millions of people worldwide.

  • Collaborate with like-minded people: Our strong internal culture is a "hidden gem." You will work with a collaborative, supportive team that shares your purpose and fosters a genuine sense of belonging.

  • Be an owner: Trimble thrives on individuals who take initiative and embrace ownership. You'll find an entrepreneurial spirit where success is often "self-authored," empowering proactive "doers."
