Position: Administrative Coordinator/Program Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and administration of residential and commercial restoration projects, including water, fire, mold, storm, reconstruction and contents services. This role works closely with internal teams, subcontractors, customers, and vendors to ensure projects progress efficiently, deadlines are met, and company standards are upheld.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, monitoring project progress, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.


What does a Project Coordinator with Paul Davis do?

  • Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
  • Support the Project Management and Estimating teams in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems.
  • Coordinate communication with customers regarding project schedules, timelines, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication and project activity.
  • Maintain subcontractor documentation, coordination, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate subcontractor and supplier prequalification and registration requirements.
  • Learns new things about construction and building homes
  • Has fun and is part of a growing business
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
