Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for:

Dry Selector:

$25.37 - 6AM Start

You will be operating MHE Equipment.

Use Vocollect voice-directed technology to accurately pick while using an electric pallet jack. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to safety. Operate electric pallet jacks to pick and transport orders throughout the warehouse by accurately selecting items based on order specifications and prepare them for shipping. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve efficiency. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.

**MHE experience highly preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities for:

Freezer Picker: $24.84 - 5AM Start

*Shift differentials for working in Freezer +$0.50 / $24.34 + $.50= $24.84

Use Vocollect voice technology to pick frozen products according to order specifications.

Ensure accuracy and efficiency in selecting items from the freezer.

Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards while working in the freezer environment.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking goals and timely order fulfillment.

Keep the freezer area organized and maintain a clean workspace. Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments zero to -10.

**No MHE experience required. (Part time and full-time positions available)

Key Responsibilities for:

Chill Picker: $24.34 - 3 PM Start

Use Vocollect headsets to accurately pick orders based on voice instructions.

Ensure products are in excellent condition and properly packaged.

Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (3436-degree temps)

**No MHE experience required. (Part time and full-time positions available)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Required for the above Positions:

• General Warehouse Experience 1 Year Preferred
• Possess reading and basic math skills.
• Physically capable of standing, walking and twisting while carrying 50-pound objects
• Availability to work scheduled shifts this includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (zero to -10 or 34-36 degree temps)
• Training or Experience on required MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Electric pallet, Standup forklift, etc.
