Responsibilities :
Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs
Understand the client's strategic direction and apply it to the project team specific outcomes
Drives complex programs across multiple clients, supporting critical programs and deliverables with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned
Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities; they understand the program schedule and key milestones whilst receiving regular updates
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Demonstrates in-depth understanding of Project Management and how to apply it across a variety of industries to achieve objectives
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals / objectives
Ability to organize and priorities critical issues and information to facilitate efficient decision making, providing oversight and guidance to team projects of highest priority and importance
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Strong Program Management experience within consulting strong preferred
3+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
