Job Title
Job duties include:
Prepares and processes District operations and maintenance activities relating to budget formulation, program execution, finance and accounting, and other functions necessary for assessing and improving program development and execution processes.
Serves as a senior advisor to the leadership of the Division, Branches, Project Offices, and other District elements in the long-range financial planning of programs and defining goals and objectives.
Investigates, analyzes, and evaluates functions and processes in managing and reporting program and project information for the accomplishment of the District's operations and maintenance program.
Provides administrative guidance and oversight on general use of financial management systems to Division staff at all levels.
Oversees and coordinates administrative or program/budgetary related assignments for branches, area offices, and projects.
Employs CEFMS to execute variety of financial transactions: PR and C creation, work item role assignments, ULO review, funding account distribution, etc.
Employs P2/P6 Primavera Project Management system to assign resources, milestones, and obligation schedules for funded activities.
