Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing prompt, accurate assistance regarding their policies.
Assist policyholders with policy changes, endorsements, and general administrative tasks related to their accounts.
Process new business applications and follow up to ensure all requirements are met.
Handle customer service issues with empathy and a focus on finding satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with agents to support client needs and contribute to a positive client experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency's CRM system.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the agency.
Requirement
Active State Insurance License (Property and Casualty -preferred, but not required).
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry or parallel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities,
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
