Job Title : IT Support & Development Specialist
Position Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable professional to join our team in a full-time role that blends software development, SQL expertise, hardware management, and IT support. This key position plays a pivotal role in maintaining, improving, and ensuring the reliability of our technological infrastructure across various business areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain robust software applications and solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design new features, and implement solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Design, optimize, and manage complex SQL databases, ensuring efficient queries and data structures.
- Develop scalable data models and create well-structured schema designs.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insightful reports for stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage and maintain hardware assets, including servers, desktops, workstations, and networking equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and peripherals as part of routine operations.
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
- Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures for hardware usage, maintenance, and security.
- Provide technical support for both software and hardware issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Respond to IT helpdesk requests and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate resources.
- Maintain thorough documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures for operational continuity.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and deployment of IT infrastructure projects.
