Position Overview
The Manufacturing Project Manager will lead capital equipment installations, process improvements, and facility upgrades within a production environment. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless integration of new systems into manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage equipment installations and production line modifications
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost forecasts
Oversee vendor coordination and commissioning activities
Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, and safety
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
4+ years of experience managing projects in manufacturing or industrial settings
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and organizational skills
