Responsibilities include : Planning, scheduling, and conducting engineering work, monitoring work of tradesmen and contractors for compliance. Liaising with production management regarding equipment availability, directing staff tasks, ensuring resource availability, and facilitating staff training. The incumbent must communicate effectively to meet project KPIs, including safety, schedule, budget, quality, and integrity. Reports to the Maintenance / Project Manager and operates within a COR certified plant environment, complying with all regulatory requirements.
