Senior QA Engineer (Aerospace)

Oxnard, CA (Commutable from : Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Santa Paula, Santa Barbara)

4 days a week, Monday - Thursday

Are you a Quality Assurance Engineer looking for a technically challenging position, working across complex engineering projects with further career progression opportunities?

In this role, you will work with the Director of QA and collaborate with quality and engineering teams to ensure product excellence. You'll develop quality assurance programs, address issues with corrective actions, implement training, and help define quality standards for processes.

The ideal candidate will have an aerospace background with aspirations for long-term progression whilst making a significant impact to the quality and engineering departments.

The Position :

  • Develop and implement specific aspects of the quality assurance program
  • Implement training programs for inspectors and manufacturing teams
  • Work cross functionally to solve complex problems
  • Opportunity to work across technically challenging engineering projects
  • Monday-Thursday, 4 days a week

The Person :

  • Quality Assurance Engineer
  • Background in Aerospace, Defense or similar complex manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
