Job description
A company is looking for a Staff Quality Engineer to enhance the quality and reliability of their software products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, prioritized test suites, and automated tests for new and existing features
Conduct manual exploratory and regression testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications, documenting defects effectively
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure features meet quality acceptance criteria
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in fast-paced product environments
Proven experience in manual testing and expertise in automating tests using TypeScript and various test frameworks
Strong understanding of modern test pyramid principles and balancing automated vs. manual testing
Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-assisted test case creation and maintenance
Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
