Job descriptionMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in corporate transactions, compliance, contracts and commercial law. Government contracting experience and knowledge of the FAR and DFARS. Export compliance experience and knowledge of the EAR, ITAR and OFAC regulations and trade sanctions. Proficient in managing Federal Government Contracts. Demonstrated expertise in handling and executing Government Contracts. Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Demonstrated experience in risk management and mitigation. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Strong understanding of financial analysis and cost management. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
