  • Hands-on experience with test automation using Python
  • Experience writing and executing test plans and procedures based on product specifications
  • Proficiency with lab/test equipment: oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, DMMs, power supplies, thermal chambers
  • Experience testing RF (radio frequency) devices and hardware
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to provide actionable recommendations
  • Experience in production test environments (balancing test coverage vs. efficiency)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Overview

We are seeking a Test Engineer to support the development and validation of advanced antenna systems used in cutting-edge radar and communication technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on lab environment and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges.

You will play a key role in transitioning prototype designs into scalable production by developing automated test solutions, analyzing performance data, and improving test processes. This position offers the opportunity to work on passive, active, and phased-array antenna systems for both commercial and government applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions using Python
  • Create and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation
  • Perform testing using RF and electronic lab equipment
  • Analyze test data and provide insights to improve product performance and manufacturability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and resolve design issues
  • Support production by optimizing test processes and improving efficiency
  • Participate in design and requirements reviews
  • Ensure test procedures follow logical flow and validate key performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in electronic product testing
  • Familiarity with military and aerospace standards (MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, DO-160, DO-178, DO-254)
  • Experience with antenna testing, including near-field and far-field measurements
  • Experience creating electrical schematics (Altium Designer preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
