Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Research Associate to join its industry-leading Research Services team in Phoenix . The position reports to the Senior Vice President, National Director of Research and Advisory Services and is responsible for creating presentation decks directly for the National Director of Research, as well the CEO and sales agents company-wide for client presentations and industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute presentations, reports, and projects for use by executives and senior personnel in a wide range of conferences, speaking engagements, and media appearances.
- Interpret data from a variety of sources to convey information clearly and accurately to assess the economic environment and evaluate commercial real estate trends.
- Develop analysis and presentations to enhance client understanding of market trends and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate executives and senior personnel to craft presentation narratives; manage multiple presentations simultaneously while accurately conveying Marcus & Millichap's outlook on the Commercial Real Estate market.
