Resource Coordinator We’re looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our team and support both internal and external customers. This role plays a key part in ensuring the right people, tools, and processes are in place to deliver success. What you’ll do : Recruit, onboard, and coordinate employee assignments with customers Ensure employees have required training, IT tools, and uniforms Manage assignments and data entry in Salesforce Handle payroll coordination, evaluations, and performance follow-up Collaborate with colleagues across HR, payroll, and operations Support workforce planning, forecasting, and resource needs Author and update policies and procedures as needed What we’re looking for : 3 years of experience in a related role Strong team player with proactive communication skills Experience with recruiting and Salesforce preferred Results-oriented and adaptable to shifting customer needs This is a high-impact, team-driven role where you’ll help ensure our workforce is set up for success while contributing to the overall growth of the team.
