Role Risk Program Manager

Location Phoenix, Salt Lake City

• Collaborate effectively across multiple organizations of Operational Risk Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Business Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, Regulator Relations, etc. to achieve objectives Understanding of the potential risks that third parties can pose to the bank, including operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks. The Program Manager will lead efforts to monitor and manage these risks, ensuring that all third-party relationships align with the bank's risk management strategies and regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements. Communicate risk management plans and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Serve as the point of contact for all risk-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. Maintain thorough documentation of all risk management activities and decisions Coordinate with various departments (., legal, compliance, operations) to implement risk mitigation measures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience :  Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management within the banking sector, with a focus on third-party risk in the banking or financial services industry

Education :  Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (., CFA, FRM, PRM) is preferred
