About the Role : The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Enablement team at CoreWeave. This individual will work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to build and execute a variety of projects that drive sales team productivity, engagement, and learning. The role will focus on communication, content management, tool enablement, and ongoing support for onboarding and training initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Newsletter Build & Delivery :
Own the creation and delivery of the CoreWeave sales team newsletter.
Support enablement for key sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms.
Play a significant role in onboarding new sales hires by organizing materials, schedules, and training sessions.
Manage and maintain the internal resource library in Confluence, ensuring that it is up-to-date with the latest sales collateral, playbooks, competitive battlecards, and other critical documents.
Help manage internal communications, ensuring the sales teams are up-to-date with the latest product launches, enablement sessions, and important sales initiatives.
Assist with organizing and scheduling recurring enablement sessions.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000 The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
