Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience Salesforce certifications highly desirable and a plus, particularly Salesforce Associate, Platform Developer I or II 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development Strong background in customizing and developing within the Salesforce platform; including Apex, Flow, Lightning Components and API integrations Experience with web technologies, ., HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and other Salesforce development technologies Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and development and testing methodologies Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms and services Strong customer-facing communication and listening skills Proven success in and genuine enthusiasm for working with collaborative customer technical teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. Responsibilities
include but are not limited to :
- Collaborate with internal customers and the Salesforce team to design, implement and maintain thoroughly tested and scalable Salesforce solutions focused on delivering value to our stakeholders
- Assist in day-to-day administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the CRM platform
- Identify and address technical debt and potential liabilities in the CRM platform
- Work with team, and collaborate with other IT teams to implement stability, security, and performance enhancements
- Work with technical team to manage DevOps processes, to include some after-hours deployments
- Maintain platform aptitude through continued study, to include platform release updates and other technologies in the greater Shamrock tech stack
- Create technical documentation, like user guides, release notes and design documents
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
