Job descriptionLead weekly worship services and provide sound biblical preaching and teaching. Shepherd and care for the spiritual needs of our congregation. Collaborate with church leaders to support ministry programs and outreach efforts. Actively engage in community involvement to foster relationships and expand the church’s impact. Demonstrated ability to lead a congregation with vision and humility. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A heart for traditional worship and an appreciation for the heritage of the Baptist faith. A supportive and loving congregation eager to grow in faith and service. A medium-sized, traditional church in Dupo, Illinois, is seeking a full-time pastor to lead and shepherd our congregation as we strive to glorify God, serve our community, and grow in faith.

Role Requirements :
- Experience : 10+ years of pastoral leadership is preferred.
- Community Focused : A passion for serving and connecting with the local community.
- Doctrinal Alignment : Candidates must affirm traditional Baptist theology. We are not considering candidates with Calvinist or Reformed theological perspectives.
