Job Title : Senior Software / . Net Developer - School and District Improvement
Type : Onsite

Required skills :
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Management, Management Information Systems, or other related field, such as accounting or mathematics, and a minimum of eight years of professional work experience in computer programming.
- Minimum of eight years of hands-on full-stack developer experience, with knowledge and utilization of the skillsets listed below during any duration of the eight years.
- ASP.Net Core 3.x
- ASP.Net Framework 4.x
- ASP.Net Web Forms
- Entity Framework (or EFCore)
- JavaScript - Any Major Framework (Vue, React, Angular)
- SQL Server 2008+
- T-SQL
- Visual Basic / C#
- APIs
- Identity Server or other use of OAuth2 principle
- The candidate with a minimum of eight years of experience as a full-stack developer on large-scale IT development experience. At least two of the eight years must be performed at a senior level with consecutive years' experience with the same employer / project. A successful candidate will have proven senior-level experience with :
- Leading projects.
- Mentoring peers and delegating tasks.
- Communication skills, particularly with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gathering and understanding technical requirements.
- Planning, coding, and executing complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge on full-stack development.
- In-depth technical skillset.
- At least four years of experience using Agile software development cycles leveraging TFS / Azure DevOps.
- The Vendor must provide a candidate with a minimum of five years of work experience in a senior developer role working on projects related to School Improvement Funding, Title I School Improvement Continuation and Planning grant requirements, financial forecasts, and school funding for a large-scale project at a State Education Agency.
