Telemundo Kansas City is seeking a Media Sales Assistant to support our operations in Kansas City, Minneapolis, and Portland, OR. The position is based in Kansas City, Missouri.
Primary Responsibilities :
Performs administrative functions supporting sales operations for three stations
Executes order entry and traffic instruction application
Fulfills accounts receivable duties
Provides reporting and manages files
Supports all other account maintenance tasks
Assists in sales presentation and proposal building
Works closely with other station departments and performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications : High School diploma
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support; sales support experience a plus
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Tech Savvy; skilled in using office equipment, devices, and other technology
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with media software such as OSI-Adconnections or WideOrbit-Media Sales a plus
Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and Spanish a plus
