Patient Services Specialist

The Patient Services Specialist is the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service. Providence caregivers are not simply valued they're invaluable. Required Qualifications :

• 1 year of customer service experience, or successful completion of Providence internship.
