Our Client is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Controls Engineer to lead the automation and standardization of control panel design and manufacturing.
This role bridges engineering and business strategy by optimizing component selection, automating workflows, and supporting scalable product growth.

● Bachelor’s in Electrical/Controls/Automation Engineering or related field. ● 10+ years in control panel design, industrial automation, or related roles. ● Proficiency in EPLAN/EEC, PLC/HMI programming, and industrial control systems. ● Experience with design for manufacturability, cost analysis, and supply chain coordination. ● Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. ● Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and IIoT technologies is a plus.
