  • Lead complex sales cycles, including multi‑store groups and high‑volume dealership organizations.

  • Collaborate with regional and national CVR leadership to support large strategic initiatives and drive alignment across teams.

  • Act as a senior advisor to dealership executives, demonstrating expert-level product knowledge and the ability to articulate CVR’s value proposition across all levels of leadership.

  • Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring consistent quota achievement and forecast accuracy.

  • Partner with other internal teams—including Implementation, Account Services, and Product—to ensure seamless customer onboarding and continued customer satisfaction.

  • Represent CVR at trade shows, industry conferences, association meetings, and high‑visibility customer events.

  • Mentor Territory Managers by sharing best practices, supporting complex deals, and contributing to ongoing sales development efforts.

  • Provide input to leadership regarding market opportunities, competitive activity, and product feedback.

  • Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures.

  • Complete all mandatory compliance tasks and acknowledgements.

  • Meet or exceed all performance expectations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience selling to Independent and Franchise Dealers at all organizational levels.

  • Strong executive‑level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships within the automotive dealership market.

  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust pipeline and complex sales cycles.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners.

  • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory.

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to sit and drive for extended periods for territory travel.

Preferred Qualifications
