POSITION SUMMARY: The General Manager (GM) maintains overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of gym operations and revenue generation of the facility.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$99,300-$109,700 annually, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

Three or more years management experience in the hospitality or fitness industry, preferably for a high volume and premium athletic club.
Outstanding customer service and hospitality expertise.
Proven leadership abilities to develop, motivate, and inspire others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough understanding of financial statements and experience in developing annual budgets and strategic plans.
Thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards
Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems
Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
Possess high standards in maintaining a spotless and well-run facility.
First Aid and CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
