Job DescriptionPVI is responsible to proactively identify supplier overpayment situations, collaborate with Global Purchasing and Supply Chain to recover the overpayment and ensure that contracts are updated to reflect accurate contract pricing.Responsibilities:Analyze contract reports to identify contract errorsProvide high-quality deliverables to communicate the contract issues to GPSCInterface with buyers and other stakeholders to review audit resultsSupport GPSC negotiation with suppliersDrive closure of open audits and recovery of overpayments within stipulated time frame.Meet or exceed all assigned KPIs and targets such as touch rate, case aging, and cost recoveries.Perform special studies at GPSC or GBS leadership request.Support new people trainingSupport and lead special projectQualificationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in related fieldsIntermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Conditional formulaAbility to learn new process and technical skills at a rapid paceProblem solving, critical thinking, and strong analytical abilitiesInitiative to find creative solutions to improve current processDesire for continued self-improvement and development of new skillsAbility to work independently with minimum instructionsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and develop strong partnershipsStrong oral and written communications skillsAbility to prioritize assignments / projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints without sacrificing the timeliness or quality of workReview and analyze contract reports to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.Strong Excel skills are key to success in this role, including hands-on experience with VLOOKUPs and working with reporting data.Provide high-quality deliverables to communicate the contract issues to GPSCInterface with buyers and other stakeholders to review audit resultsSupport GPSC negotiation with suppliersDrive closure of open audits and recovery of overpayments within stipulated time frame.Bachelor's Degree in related fields preferred but not required Automotive background 2-4 years of experience
