Job descriptionAdminister and manage Redhat OpenShift platform environments (production & non-production) Install and configure software components for business applications including databases middleware and client-side elements Collaborate with Application and IT teams to create and update documentation implementation standards and processes Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installation and operational issues ensuring optimal application performance Manage changes and upgrades in environments following change management procedures and updating documentation Define and analyze monitoring of critical system components and scheduled tasks Investigate and resolve root causes of technical issues collaborating with other teams as needed Expert-level knowledge / experience in Kubernetes / OpenShift administration Advanced knowledge / experience with Linux and Windows Server administration Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability and willingness to work in a multinational / multicultural environment Basic knowledge / experience in : Gitlab CI / CD Helm deployment and debugging Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and NIST 800-171 ITIL best practices Monitoring : Loki Prometheus AlertManager Grafana Storage : S3 Backup : Kasten (Veeam) Artifact Repository : Nexus
