We are looking for a talented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. We focus on High-End Custom Residential homes, Commercial Construction, Adaptive Reuse, and Urban Infill projects throughout Central Texas. Are you ready for a challenging and rewarding opportunity?

What We're Looking For :

Experience : 2-4+ years in commercial and / or residential design.
Skills : Proficiency in engineering design software such as Risa, Ram, Concept, and Excel. Ability to draft / model with CAD and BIM.
Education : Degree in Architectural or Structural Engineering.
Mindset : Strong time management, sound engineering judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities :

Engineer and manage multiple projects in collaboration with the lead engineer.

Work directly with clients, providing project management and client relation skills.

Design and engineer a variety of structures, from residential to large commercial developments to 3D concrete printed neighborhoods.

Use engineering design software to prepare drawing sets and design documents.

Participate in a wide range of projects, including AIA-award winning residences, mixed-use buildings, historic renovations, and more.

Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

Qualifications / Skills :

Proficiency in engineering design software (Risa, Ram, Concept, Excel).

Experience in drafting and modeling with CAD and BIM.

Knowledge of designing and detailing various materials (concrete, wood, steel, masonry).

Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

Strong project management and client relation skills.

Location :
