The Quality Analyst/Coordinator will abstract, track, and trend data on the Quality Indicators, Core Measures, Peer Review, and FPPE/OPPE. Will audit electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQM) prior to submission to regulatory bodies. This individual will review, abstract, and audit key patient clinical outcomes from medical records in accordance with the appropriate Specifications Manual. The Quality Coordinator will assist in data analysis and consult and support performance improvement activities, as assigned. Will support the Women’s Center Designation by providing trending analysis and case detail on a routine basis. Monitors quality standards as determined by the Performance Improvement Plan and Medical Staff Quality Indicators.
