Talent Acquisition Specialist
Seeking a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units. The incumbent will partner with various stakeholders, build talent pipelines, and help shape an exceptional candidate experience from selection to onboarding. An individual who has a consultative and curious approach to talent acquisition and mobility. Proficient in finding and attracting talent through online platforms and professional networks.
Responsibilities
Draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and the functional areas of the business, forging dynamic, trusted relationships with business leaders. Utilize analytics and market intelligence to anticipate roadblocks, identify talent trends, and strategically solve complex executive hiring challenges. Optimize operational process flows for executive search, identifying ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, and highly customer-obsessed recruitment experience to all senior stakeholders. Technologically savvy with expertise in ATS / CRM systems, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools. Strong communicator both verbally and in writing. Has strong analytical, time management and organization skills to order and prioritize a demanding workload. Avid team player supporting colleagues in talent acquisition for critical and urgent positions as needed, the HR team and wider business on TA&M requirements. Excel in a diverse, multicultural, inclusive and multinational environment. Work well under pressure and rise to the challenge of tight deadlines and / or difficult to fill roles. Can adapt and deliver within a fast-paced work environment.
