  • Deliver classroom or facilitated training and lead technical discussions as appropriate to support workforce development and proficiency.
  • Establish and coordinate qualification pathways, assignments, evaluations, and supporting materials with managers, qualification mentors, instructors, and evaluators.
  • Monitor individual and organizational qualification status, identify gaps or stalled activities, and drive actions necessary to maintain qualification progress and workforce readiness.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable training and qualification records and coordinate with Quality, document control, and corporate training functions to ensure applicable requirements are met.
  • Evaluate training execution and effectiveness, support audits, assessments, investigations, and corrective actions, and identify opportunities to improve training and qualification processes.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in technical training, qualification, operations, program management, procedure development, or a related function.
  • Experience in a technically complex, regulated, or quality-controlled environment; nuclear, pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, chemical processing, advanced manufacturing, or cGMP experience preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and critical-thinking ability, with demonstrated ability to rapidly understand complex scientific, engineering, manufacturing, or regulatory concepts and translate technical requirements into structured training and qualification programs.
  • Demonstrated program-management capability, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, prioritization, risk identification, and execution across multiple concurrent activities.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with scientists, engineers, operators, managers, Quality personnel, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, integrity, and ability to lead through influence, identify problems, facilitate solutions, and independently drive activities to completion.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, identify problems, and drive assigned activities to completion.
  • The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly, display respect, and foster teamwork.
