Job description

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Free Parking

Prosthodontist, Periodontist and/or Oral Surgeon wanted for busy Brooklyn multi-specialty practice. Flexible schedule.

Are you a compassionate, patient-focused dental specialist looking to join a supportive, family-oriented practice?
Our well-established Brooklyn office is seeking a motivated Dental Specialist to join our team and help care for our growing patient base.

Position: Part-Time

Who We Are:

We are a community-driven, privately owned dental practice that has served Brooklyn families for twenty years. We take pride ourselves on being an active part of the community in which we live and work. We provide comprehensive, honest dentistry in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our team values communication, integrity, and long-term patient relationships—not corporate quotas.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

If you’re looking for a practice where you’re supported, valued, and able to practice dentistry the right way—at a comfortable pace with real clinical autonomy—this is the perfect fit. We believe in treating patients like family and creating an environment where the dentist can truly thrive.

What We Offer:

Competitive compensation with a guaranteed daily minimum + production/collection %
Flexible scheduling and flexible hours. You can basically make your own schedule.
Modern technology including digital X-rays
An established, loyal patient base
Supportive clinical environment with an experienced team
Opportunity for mentorship, CE support, and professional growth
For specialists: steady referral flow from both internal and nearby GPs
We also love to have fun and try to provide a stress free nurturing environment

What We’re Looking For:

DDS/DMD from an accredited program
NY State dental license
Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on patient care
Ability to work well with a team in a family-friendly environment
Compassionate demeanor and a passion for patient care
For specialists: board certification or eligibility preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality general dentistry or specialty care
Build and maintain strong patient relationships
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Uphold the highest standards of ethics and patient safety
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Provide preventive care and education to patients on oral hygiene
Conduct restorative procedures including fillings, root canal therapy, crowns, and bridges
Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dental practice
