Qualifications
- Ideally, two years of Nursing Home Experience.
- Experience with Intermediate Care Facility and Behavioral Health.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Keep the facility in compliance with all Federal, State, and company regulations and policies.
- Assist in developing, using, and implementing departmental policies and procedures and professional standards of practice.
- Hold overall accountability for driving business to successful outcomes both clinically and fiscally.
- Grow and maintain a solid census.
- Lead the staff and ensure overall staff retention.
