Systems Architect - Level II

LOCATION : Remote

LinTech Global is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Systems Architect to provide support to our client in Business Solutions Development (BSD).

BSD requires experienced solution architects, data managers, Extract, Transfer, Load (ETL) programming, data science and analytic resources to transform and modernize CI data management and analytic solutions.

The Systems Architect is responsible for the Enterprise Architecture across all Tech Ops sections including the existing architecture and continual integration of new technologies ensuring security compliance, standards, reduced cost, and complexity of the overall environment while aligning business requirements for continued delivery of business value and ROI.

RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS :

  • Establish system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
  • Design architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
  • Ensure these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the OSI and ISO reference models, and profiles of standards - such as IEEE OSE reference model - as they apply to the implementation and specification of information management solution of the application platform, across the API, and the external environment / software application.
  • Ensure that the common operating environment is compliant with the Agency enterprise architecture and applicable reference models.
  • Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to staff.
  • Analytical skills : The task involves conducting research, analyzing existing metrics, and identifying gaps in service measurements.
  • Communication skills : Metrics are gathered using processes such as conducting focus groups and surveys.
  • Problem-solving skills : The task involves assessing return on investment (ROI) and establishing an action plan and change management plan to implement updated metrics.
  • Data visualization skills : Displaying data in charts to easily identify and visualize metrics.
  • Knowledge of Service Measurement Framework.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

  • Master's with at least 4 years specialized experience or B.A or B.S with at least 6 years specialized experience in related technology.
  • Experienced in topics such as complex networks, cloud technologies, cross-platform integration and large-scale, complex systems design and implementation.
