Outside Sales
We are seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales within the assigned territory.
The role requires a willingness to learn roofing systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Conduct in-depth consultations and assessments to understand customer needs.
- Present and promote our roofing products and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within assigned territory.
- Ability to get on ladders and walk on roofs within reason.
- Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks.
