Condé Nast is seeking a Senior Director of Product Analytics to lead and drive data–driven decision making across our portfolio of brands. As a key member of the Technology organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product analytics strategy, optimizing user experiences, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with senior leadership to define the long-term product vision and strategy; Champion the use of data and analytics to drive product development and business growth; Provide data-backed insights to inform broader company decisions; Advocate for data-driven decision-making and process improvements; Drive collaboration and alignment across teams to achieve shared goals; Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
• Team Development and Management : Recruit, develop, and mentor top talent to build a world-class product analytics team; Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement; Identify and groom future leaders within the organization; Provide guidance and support to all team members.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Create and implement sophisticated analytics models and methodologies; Proactively identify and address data quality and accessibility issues; Use data insights to focus on product performance, improve user experience, increase engagement, and drive revenue; Develop and set company-wide KPIs, including metrics to track product success.
• Industry Thought Leadership : Keep a deep understanding of emerging technologies and best practices in product analytics; Serve as a thought leader in the industry, with opportunities to speak at conferences and publish white papers.

Salary

The expected base salary range for this position is from $200,000-$240,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
