Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and evolve a unified GCO Operating Cadence aligned to strategic priorities
Support the planning and execution of key internal field events and programs
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery and alignment to strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Business Operations or Program Management in large-scale organizations
Experience in leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making
Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders effectively
Strong skills in operational excellence planning and process optimization
Familiarity with tools like MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerAutomate
