Job Title : Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Rep
Location : Farmers Branch, TX (HYBRID) Work in office Wednesday and Thursday
Pay : $17.00 / hr Temp to Hire!
Schedule : Monday - Friday, from 9am-6pm
Must work the last day of the month regardless of the day or holiday
Job Description :
Handle high volume inbound calls from internal clients
Verify caller s credentials, establish need(s) and provide solution(s) according to the needs.
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Thrive in a fast-paced production environment while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Requirements :
Bilingual Spanish, must read write and speak Spanish - will primarily speak to customers in Mexico and Colombia
Minimum one-year call center experience required
Distraction free work space
Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
