Our client, a Downtown LA Law Firm is seeking a receptionist to work onsite. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain records, visitor logs, incoming calls and other relevant information
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with security to office
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Performing additional duties as directed or delegated by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Spanish is a plus
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
