Will use GDT knowledge to interrupt blueprints. Coordinates FAI activities to ensure proper procedures are followed.Benefits Package :

- Paid HolidaysEssential Duties and Responsibilities : Include the following, as well as other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate and assign inspection duties (FA, In-Process and Final) to department personnel
- Close tolerance dimensional Inspection of small machined plastic & metal components
- Ability to follow written instructions and to complete relative inspection paperwork
- Corrective Actions assign, investigate and respond to opportunities for improvement
- Analyze non-conforming parts in order to identify root causes problem resolution
- Implement & manage calibration activities through formal programs
- Documentation Complete both internal and customer related documentation as requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Proficiency with inspection tools including CMM and Optical comparator
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 Quality Management Systems
- Proficiency in conducting internal audits Education and Experience :
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Ability to read and interpret prints drawings in addition to customer expectations
