Graphic Designer

C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere ag, material handling and powersports locations has an opening for a Graphic Designer at our Field Support Office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

This individual is responsible for developing a full range of creative assets across multiple channels including visual design, campaign building, and managing company branding identity in traditional and digital marketing channels.

The candidate will be responsible for setting up artwork for print services, must have a strong eye for design and be proficient in design techniques and must be able to prioritize and handle work in a fast-paced environment while being organized.

Essential Duties :

• Create various print and digital marketing materials including advertisements, presentations, catalogs, digital, direct mailers, logos, displays, promotional items, signage, vehicle decals and more
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond to requests on a wide range of project types, budgets and timelines
• Communicate proficiently with team managers and departments when presenting designs and help make design decisions based on best practices
• Responsible for helping the Marketing Coordinator position to fill any design needs for co-op claims & pre - approvals
• Demonstrate the ability to be creative in developing, designing and executing accurately in a highly collaborative environment
• Be responsible for helping fulfill store delivery of print projects
• Follow brand guides set by OEMs for co-op materials
• Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
• College or technical school degree required
• 3+ years experience in graphic design work
• Knowledge of layouts, keyboard shortcuts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of online and offline design work
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs, and design software from Adobe is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail is a must
• Strong time management skills and ability to task switch effectively
• Must provide portfolio of work
• Must complete assessment upon request
