Overview : Polar Beverages is looking to add a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (English / Spanish) to their HR team.
The position will be focused on recruiting new talent and will manage all aspects of the recruiting process for Polar Beverages and Adirondack Beverages.
This is an in-office position, remote work will not be considered*
Responsibilities :
- Places advertisements in all types of media for open positions for both Polar and Adirondack
- Works with the ADP requisition / application system
- Pre-screen applicants in ADP system and by phone
- Determines qualified applicants by pre-screen interview and applicant responses.
- Forwards applications to Managers for their review
- Works and communicates with all managers for both companies regarding their hiring needs. In person or phone communication must be done to all hiring managers on a monthly basis.
- Provide assistance with the Spanish speaking employees that require assistance with paperwork.
- Multitask, able to manage time and be well organized.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and to ensure GMP compliance of fellow associates.
Minimum Requirements :
- Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- 2-4 years of full life cycle recruiting.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment.
- Good communication skills, must be organized and work in a fast paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
