Title : Senior Data Analyst

Salary : $135k - $160k / yr, based upon experience

Work from home policy : Hybrid - Must live in Nashville

Experience with Python and SQL is a must. Outside of that, heavy experience with delivering actionable reports, statistical modeling, regression, and cloud technologies.

Our Data Analytics and Data Science group is looking for talented members to explore our data and distill insights which will unlock these opportunities.

What you'll see day-to-day

• Quantitatively exploring rich historical data from sites, sponsors, and other stakeholders and unlocking applicable insights to enable more effective support and more predictable management decisions
• Collaborate with different teams of both tech and business stakeholders to deliver insights through models, reports, visualizations, and other mediums.
• Develop clean, reusable, and testable analytical code
• Learn to effectively understand and navigate the global compliance ecosystem (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) to ensure your work respects both rights and regulations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with developing and delivering actionable analytical reports
• Expertise in several techniques including frequentist / Bayesian (bio)statistical modeling, learning, and linear / nonlinear regression
• Practical experience working with Python and SQL and working with structured and unstructured data from a variety of cloud-based (e.

g. S3, AWS Redshift, RDS, Postgres) and offline resources

Comfort with modern data analytics and BI environments such as Jupyter, Periscope, etc
