JES is still expanding our Inbound Customer Service force in Tampa, FL. We are currently seeking candidates for our Inbound Customer Service Representative role.

This position is responsible for supporting our clients from the initial sales conversation to maintaining ongoing customer support.

As an Inside Customer Service Representative you will be assisting new and existing clients by phone, email, chat, and text.

Multiple openings are available immediately.

JES Restaurant Equipment is an E-Commerce market leader of equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry. At JES Restaurant Equipment we make it easier for restaurant owners, chefs, corporate buyers, and others to get exactly what they need to make any foodservice operation run more smoothly - from equipment to supplies to design consulting to custom fabrication.

Inbound Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :

Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, or chat to complete sales orders and manage ongoing inquiries.

Process orders received online and by phone.

Manage communication with vendors regarding orders and other needs.

Promote the JES Restaurant Equipment by focusing on quality customer service and relationships.

Continuous education on currently available products.

Deliver new information regarding products to customers daily.

Inbound Customer Service Representative Skills :

1-3 years of experience required.

Superb ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.

Articulate written and oral communication skills.

Familiarity with online sales transactions.

Computer skills : specifically, Microsoft Outlook & Excel.

Willingness and drive for continuous education.

Articulate customer service skills.

Self-motivator and passion for sales.

Preferred Qualifications :

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Phone sales experience preferred.

Inbound call center experience is a bonus.

Our team respond to customer requests for quotes as well as completing immediate sales and proactively follow up to manage the customer journey and ensure a positive and effective process.
